Welcome to The 5000-Year Metaverse digital heritage halls (the “Website”), operated by Huaxia New Era (Tianjin) Trading Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By visiting and using the Website you agree to these terms. This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.
1. Website content
The Website presents Chinese intangible cultural heritage and related cultural products in the form of digital halls. Scenes, characters and mini-games in the halls are for cultural experience and promotion. Items shown in Crafts Reborn and the hall markets are sample designs or planned products; specifications, prices and supply are subject to the contract signed by both parties.
The AI guides Ayu and Ruirui answer questions automatically. Their answers are for reference only and do not constitute an offer, quotation or commitment by us; prices, terms and partnerships are confirmed only by our business team in writing.
2. Intellectual property
Copyright and related rights in the characters Xia Yuanbao, Yuyu, Master Yuan, Ruirui the Ink Lion and Ayu, and in the hall scenes, text, images, software and page design, belong to us or the relevant right holders. They may not be copied, adapted or used commercially without written permission. Woodblock prints and certificates you print or save in the halls may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes. For licensing and co-branding, please send a Business Inquiry.
3. Era Tokens and certificates
Era Tokens and the “Young Heritage Keeper” certificates are in-game rewards and keepsakes stored in your browser. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or traded. Clearing browser data will remove them.
Token rewards: collect all six tokens in one hall to claim that hall's keepsake reward for free in the Shop. Shipping is free to addresses in mainland China; for other countries and regions we will contact you about available shipping options and any costs before sending, and you may decline. Eligibility is based on the game records on our server. One claim per phone number per hall, while stocks last. We may cancel claims obtained through scripts, data tampering or other improper means. We may adjust the reward design according to stock and will announce it on the Shop page.
4. Pre-orders and international orders
The Shop currently works on a “pre-order + confirmation” basis: after you submit a pre-order, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm the item, price, international shipping cost, payment method and delivery time; the order is formed only after both parties confirm. Prices are shown in Chinese yuan (CNY) as pre-order prices, excluding international shipping, and are subject to our confirmation. Import duties, taxes and customs fees in your country, if any, are paid by the recipient unless otherwise agreed. Product images include 3D renders; actual colours and details may vary slightly.
Wholesale, distribution, licensing and custom orders are handled separately through a Business Inquiry and governed by the agreement signed with you.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Website or scrape its content in bulk by automated means.
- Do not submit false or unlawful information, or information that infringes the rights of others, through any form or chat.
6. Disclaimer
The 3D halls require a browser with WebGL2 and may not run smoothly on some devices; in that case the Website offers a simplified text-and-image version. We do our best to keep content accurate but are not liable for interruptions caused by networks, devices or similar reasons.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as our business changes and will publish updates on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes are subject to the competent people's court at our place of domicile.
