Huaxia New Era (Tianjin) Trading Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) operates The 5000-Year Metaverse digital heritage website (the “Website”). We process personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws. This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails.
1. What we collect
- Inquiry information: the name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, country or region, company, inquiry type, product of interest and message you submit through the Business Inquiry form. Your name and email are required so we can reply; the rest is optional.
- Pre-order and reward information: the recipient name, email, phone number, country / region, city, street address, postcode and notes you enter when you place a pre-order or claim a reward in the Shop. These are needed to fulfil your order (notes are optional).
- Game records: to verify eligibility for token rewards, each time you win an Era Token in a hall the Website reports a record to our server (a randomly generated session ID, the hall, the token, the time and your network address). It contains no name, phone number or other identity information.
- Usage statistics: to understand which halls are popular and to improve the experience, we record anonymised activity such as page visits, hall entries, time spent and mini-game completion, together with device information such as browser type and screen size. Statistics may be provided by a third-party analytics service.
- Chats with Ayu and Ruirui: questions you type to the AI guides are sent to our server and to the AI model provider we use, only to generate a reply. Please do not type personal information in the chat. We do not link chats to your identity.
- Local storage: your Era Tokens, best game scores, pre-order list, language choice and last shipping details are stored in your own browser so you can use them next time. You can clear them at any time.
2. How we use it
- Inquiry information is used only to contact you, answer your inquiry, provide quotations and follow-up business communication — not for unrelated marketing.
- Pre-order and reward information is used only to confirm orders by email or phone, arrange shipping and provide after-sales service. We share the recipient name, phone number and address with the carrier (and, for international shipments, customs as required) to deliver your parcel. Game records are used only to verify reward eligibility and prevent cheating.
- Statistics are used to analyse how the halls are used, fix problems and improve content and performance.
- We do not sell your personal information.
3. Where it is stored and how it is protected
Inquiry, pre-order and reward information is stored on our servers located in the People's Republic of China. If you are outside China, submitting a form means your information will be transferred to and processed in China for the purposes above. We keep it only as long as needed for the inquiry, order fulfilment and after-sales service, and no longer than two years, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Phone numbers, emails and addresses are encrypted on the server and can be viewed only by authorised staff with a password; all traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law, to carriers for delivery as described above, or with your separate consent. Third-party analytics services receive only anonymised statistics.
5. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your inquiry, pre-order and reward information, or withdraw your consent, using the contact details below. We will reply within fifteen business days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example in the EU/EEA or the UK); contact us and we will help you exercise them.
6. Children
The halls are suitable for all ages. Children under 14 (or the age of digital consent in your country) should obtain a parent's or guardian's consent before submitting any form.
